Professional development for nonprofits occurs on several levels.  We understand in order to effectively lead a nonprofit, the board of directors must fully understand their roles and responsibilities and the organization must have an infrastructure in place.

We offer board training, retreats, and strategic planning activities for board members and     organizational leadership.  We are available for on-site activities or virtual events.  All services will be customized to meet the specific needs of the organization and its leadership.  For nonprofit leaders, individualized coaching sessions and Mastermind Groups are available.
