Debbie DiVirgilio, President
Debbie DiVirgilio is the President of the Faith Based Nonprofit Resource Center. Her professional credentials include:

- Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader
- Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional
Debbie has more than 25 years of experience serving in the nonprofit sector. Over the past ten years, she has acquired more than $45 million in funds to support the needs of individuals and communities. Prior to starting the Resource Center, she was employed in the nonprofit sector where she worked for educational, human service, and medical nonprofits.
Debbie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences from Wilmington University and a Master’s Degree in Non-Profit Management from Regis University. From 2008 until 2016, Debbie served on the Board of Directors of the Grant Professionals Association. As President of the Association for four years, she led the organization through a critical transition period. Debbie is also a certified coach, teacher and speaker with The John Maxwell Team.
In addition to her work, Debbie is an active volunteer for several community-based organizations including her local church. Debbie lives in northeastern Maryland with her husband and golden retriever.
In everything she does, Debbie is committed to helping others maximize their potential and live out their God-given hopes and dreams.
Camille Lawson, Operations Manager
Camille is a business owner who specializes in implementing online systems and strategies to help Christian entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and ministries grow. She is passionate about using her skills to come alongside businesses and ministries so they can focus on sharing hope to the people they are called to serve. She has a long history of volunteering with ministries and nonprofits and currently serves as co-chair of her local pregnancy resource center’s board.
Camille lives in Kentucky with her husband and daughter. She is an office supply junkie, enjoys homeschooling her daughter, reading, and all things technology and systems.
Emily Creek, Client Care Manager
Emily Creek is responsible for caring for our clients. As the Client Care Manager, Emily ensures that each individual who contacts us or needs our support receives personalized attention. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Studies from Wilmington University and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree from the same institution.
In her spare time, Emily loves watching Disney movies and singing Broadway tunes. Emily lives in Elkton and is looking forward to getting married to the love of her life, Jim.
